CONFERENCE

Psychological sciences and practices should take into account the cultural forces that may shape individuals and their psychological processes. Such consideration is paramount so that we can determine whether psychological theories are actually universal or culture-specific. Thus, it is important to understand the similarities and differences between cultural context (cross-countries or cross-subcultures within a country). Our virtual conference 2020 specifically aimed at providing a platform and forum for the latest perspectives in cross-cultural psychology.

CALL FOR PAPERS

We also welcome papers to be presented at the mini conference. Papers that discusses the cross-cultural perspectives in various subthemes are especially prioritized. However, we also welcome other papers which contributes to our understanding for the basic and applied psychology. The subthemes for this virtual conference are listed below.
• Mental health and well-being
• Education and child development
• Work and organizational psychology
• Social psychology
• Legal and forensic psychology
• Cognitive neuroscience
(Note that the subthemes are not limited only to this list.)

Submission Guidelines:
1. Registration deadline: 20 October 2020

3. Submission and registration is free of charge
4. Original paper. The paper has not been published or in the process of review elsewhere.
5. Paper should be written and presented in English
6. Paper should follow the VC 2020 template (Template: http://bit.ly/VC_Template)
7. Citation must be written with Mendeley application (APA 7)
8. Selected papers would be published in the Jurnal Psikologi Sosial (JPS) and Psychological Research on Urban Society (PROUST)
