On November 25, 2021, the Faculty of Psychology, University of Indonesia (F.Psi UI) succeeded in obtaining ISO 9001:2015 certification for Faculty Academic Administration Services at the Faculty of Psychology UI (Provision of Higher Administration Services and Alumni Affairs Academic Sub-Section, Faculty of Psychology, University of Indonesia). Indonesia) from DQS Certification originating from Germany and having representatives in Indonesia. ISO 9001:2015 is a Quality Management System that focuses on customers. ISO 9001:2015 consists of 10 clauses that have a Plan-Do-Check-Action cycle.
The Faculty of Psychology as part of the University of Indonesia is motivated to provide good services to students, employees, and the general public. In order to achieve this, one of our efforts is the implementation of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
For this success and achievement, F.Psi UI is expected to be able to provide the best academic administrative services so as to strengthen the position of F.Psi UI as a provider of superior and quality education services in Indonesia.
