  • 2020 – 2021: A member in the GLOBE (Global Leadership and Organizational Behavior Effectiveness) A research collaboration among 110 countries led by the
    School of Business, Simon Fraser University, Canada.
  • 2019 – 2020: Team leader in the Psychological, Social and Cultural Factors important for an Individual’s Willingness to Retrain/Upskill. A research funded by the Asia Productivity Organization, an intergovernmental organization committed to improving productivity in the Asia-Pacific region.
  • 2019 – 2021: Team leader in “The role of culture and job context on the effectiveness of women leadership in Indonesia”, International Research Collaboration funded by Directorate for Research and Community Services – Universitas Indonesia.
  • 2018 – 2019. A member in the Global Work Design Research. This study is a collaborative research among 40 countries that participate in a research (http://hrdiv.org/international -ambassador-program-project-2016-18/) that aims to expand our understanding of how aspects of work design (for example, flexibility and autonomy) relate to employee outcomes (such as performance, job satisfaction, burn out, and organizational citizenship behavior), and how national culture influences this process.
