sustainable employability. Dengan penelitian dalam topik tersebut, diharapkan kelompok
riset dapat mewujudkan visi untuk “menjadi Kelompok Riset yang handal dan
mengembangkan keilmuan psikologi di bidang kepemimpinan, kelayakan kerja dan
keberagaman untuk menghasilkan produk riset unggul yang dapat memberikan manfaat dan
bermakna bagi berbagai pihak yang berkepentingan maupun masyarakat secara luas untuk
pembangunan berkelanjutan di tingkat Nasional maupun Global.”
Misi : 1. Membangun kolaborasi dengan ilmuwan dari dalam dan luar negeri dari berbagai
lintas disiplin ilmu.
2. Menerapkan hasil penelitian melalui kerjasama secara berkesinambungan di bidang
kepemimpinan, kelayakan kerja dan keberagaman dengan berbagai pihak.
3. Mengembangkan program berbasis hasil penelitian yang dilakukan untuk
kesejahteraan masyarakat.
4. Mempublikasikan hasil penelitian, khususnya riset tentang Kepemimpinan,
Kelayakan Kerja dan Keberagaman sebagai kontribusi ilmu pengetahuan untuk
pembangunan berkelanjutan berbasis penelitian.
