Misi :
1. Melakukan riset multidisiplin tentang pendidikan inklusif, moral, karakter, kreativitas, kesejahteraan psikososial, pengembangan talenta, dan kesiapan karier.
2. Mengembangkan dan menguji intervensi pendidikan yang menumbuhkan perilaku baik, kebiasaan positif, dan kesiapan karier siswa.
3. Meningkatkan kapasitas guru, orang tua, dan tenaga kependidikan melalui modul, pelatihan, dan publikasi berbasis riset.
4. Membangun kolaborasi nasional dan internasional dengan akademisi, pemerintah, sektor swasta, dan komunitas.
5. Mendorong advokasi kebijakan berbasis bukti untuk pendidikan yang lebih adil, inklusif, berkarakter, dan mendukung pengembangan talenta generasi muda.
