Seminar of Career Path “What are the Qualifications for Proper Salary?”

Faculty of Psychology Universitas Indonesia (F.Psi UI) held a seminar on Tuesday, 5^th of November 2019. This seminar was intended for all students and alumni of every faculty of Universitas Indonesia. The theme was “Fresh Graduate: What are the Qualifications for Proper Salary?”. By raising this theme, students and alumni of Universitas Indonesia got an advantage as they could prepare themselves to enter a professional world and achieve a successful carrier. Before the speakers delivered their materials, Ms. Dra. Dina Ramayanti, Psychologist. as Alumni Coordinator of F.Psi UI started the event by giving an opening speech. In this seminar, there were 2 sessions and each session was presented by one speaker that differed from the other session. Ms. Nurhaena, S.Psi., M.Si, as The Human Resources and Business Partner of PT Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) delivered her material for the first session. Afterwards Ms. Tia N.Ardianto, S.Psi., M.M as The Vice President Human of Resources & Business Support of PT. Medco Power Indonesia delivered her material for the second session. as for the materials of this seminar covered some topic including company point of view of a fresh graduate, the required qualification of a fresh graduate to work in a company and also get a good salary, and last how to promote oneself to a company.
