“Corporate Culture: Building and Succeeding Career for Millenials Series 1”

Faculty of Psychology Universitas Indonesia (F.Psi UI) held a seminar to give an insight of pre-internship for students of F.Psi UI on Wednesday, 20th of February 2019. This seminar was compulsory for all students of F.Psi UI who were enrolled in 2016. The theme of the seminar was “ Corporate Culture: Building and Succeeding Career for Millenials”. The purpose of this seminar was to give students the information they needed during their time in internship programmes. Two speakers participated in this event, Mr. Rendi Alhial as the Head of Human Capital Services Department of PT MRT Jakarta dan Ms. Sri Yunita as HR Business Partner of PT GO-JEK. This event was held from 12.30 pm until 3.30 pm as Ms. Nurul Arbiyah, S.Psi., M.Si (Manager of Education and Student Affairs) started her opening speech. The materials which were presented included: company profile, work culture, and the job description of an intern in every division of the company.
