Narasumber dan Moderator dalam <em>webinar<\/em> ini merupakan alumni F.Psi UI yang bekerja di <em>start-up<\/em> terkemuka di Indonesia. Narasumber satu, yaitu Saudara Michael Kendro, S.Psi, M.Sc. selaku Senior User Experience and Product Researcher PT Tokopedia. Narasumber dua, yaitu \u00a0Saudara Muhammad Iqbal Satria, S.Psi. selaku Online to Offline Product Design Manager PT Bukalapak.com. Narasumber tiga, yaitu Saudari Arum Kusalawicitra, S.Psi. selaku Product Manager PT Gojek Indonesia. <em>Webinar<\/em> ini dimoderatori oleh Saudari Ananda Nadya Putri, S.Psi. selaku Senior User Experience Researcher PT Tokopedia. Tema <em>webinar<\/em> kali ini adalah \u201d<em>Maps of Psychology Career (MOCCA): Journey to the UX World\u201d.<\/em> <em>Webinar<\/em> ini bertujuan untuk memberikan wawasan mengenai prospek kerja dan peran Ilmu Psikologi dalam bidang <em>User Experience. <\/em><\/p>\n<p>Saudara Michael Kendro, S.Psi, M.Sc. selaku Senior User Experience and Product Researcher PT Tokopedia memaparkan materi pertama mengenai <em>\u201cThe Application of Psychology and Behavioral Science in Consumer Research and UX\u201d<\/em>. Saudara Kendro menjelaskan definisi <em>User Experience<\/em> menurut Dor Norman dan Jakob Nielsen, yaitu \u201c<em>User Experience Encompasses all aspects of the-end user\u2019s interaction with the company, its services, and its products\u201d<\/em>. Saudara Kendro kemudian menjelaskan mengenai DNA of PT Tokopedia; <em>Understanding User\u2019s Habit, Finding out the Reason and Motivation<\/em>; <em>What Determines Great UX<\/em> (<em>useful, usable, desirable, findable, credible, accessible, and valuable);<\/em> <em>Organization Structure<\/em>; <em>Stages of Development Process<\/em>; <em>Research Methodologies<\/em>; serta\u00a0 <em>Application on UX Research and Design<\/em>. Kemudian, Saudara Muhammad Iqbal Satria, S.Psi. \u00a0selaku Online to Offline Product Design Manager PT Bukalapak.com memaparkan materi mengenai <em>\u201cUX Introduction: from Human to Human\u201d.<\/em> Saudara Iqbal menjelaskan mengenai <em>The Role of Psychology in UX<\/em> (<em>recognise, adjust,<\/em> <em>and<\/em> <em>create)<\/em>; <em>The Three Lense of Innovation;<\/em> <em>Strength<\/em> (<em>nudge, utilizing peripheral vision<\/em>, <em>logic and research methods); Weakness (business projection<\/em> <em>and technical constraint); Career Path; and All You Need to Get Started.<\/em> Setelah itu, Saudari Arum Kusalawicitra, S.Psi. selaku Product Manager PT Gojek Indonesia memaparkan materi terakhir mengenai <em>\u201cStory of a Product Manager\u201d<\/em>. Saudari Arum menjelaskan materi mengenai \u00a0<em>What\u2019s Product Manager?; How\u2019s the day-to-day of Product Manager Look Like?; How\u2019s the Collaboration between Product Manager and Research Design?; What\u2019s the Advantage of Having Psychology Background? (Empathy and Assertive); Career Path; and How to be a Product Manager?.<\/em><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Setelah ketiga narasumber memaparkan materi, Saudari Nanda selaku moderator memimpin <em>panel discussion<\/em>. Setelah <em>panel discussion<\/em> dilakukan, peserta diberikan kesempatan untuk bertanya pada sesi tanya jawab. <em>Webinar<\/em> ini kemudian ditutup dengan pengundian <em>doorprize<\/em> untuk beberapa peserta yang beruntung. Materi <em>webinar<\/em> ini memberikan sudut pandang baru bahwa ilmu psikologi bisa diterapkan di berbagai bidang, salah satunya di bidang UX. Diharapkan untuk acara selanjutnya, dapat mengupas lebih dalam mengenai <em>skill<\/em> lain di bidang UX yang perlu dikembangkan oleh sarjana psikologi.<\/p>\n<p><em>Penulis: Wahyu, Unit Kerjasama, Ventura &amp; Hub.
